You will serve as the link among homeowners, board members, and our service teams. Working alongside experienced Community Association Managers, you will learn every side of association management while building relationships that make a real difference in how people live. Why MVPM Stands Out Clear career progression: 100% of our Community Association Managers started as assistants, and most advanced within 18 to 24 months CAM certification support: We cover exam fees, provide paid study time, and pair you with a certified manager as a mentor Work-life balance that works: Flexible start times between 7am and 10am, and remote work options for administrative tasks after onboarding and training Integrated support: Our partnership with Mountain Valley Maintenance means in-house support for everything from landscaping to emergency repairs, so you can focus on relationships and results Local roots, professional growth: Locally-owned stability with corporate-level development opportunities What You Will Do Coordinate with vendors to complete maintenance requests on time, holding our 24-hour response standard Assist in preparing and analyzing association budgets ranging from $50,000 to over $1 million Support board meeting logistics for communities of 6 to 150+ units, including agendas and minutes Conduct detailed property inspections using our mobile app, documenting conditions and recommending preventive maintenance Manage compliance processes from initial courtesy notices through resolution tracking Build trusted relationships through proactive communication with owners and board members What Your Week Looks Like Most days start at our EagleVail office or from home with email, owner calls, and vendor follow-up, then move into the field for inspections and site visits across Eagle County in a company vehicle. Board meetings fall on some evenings, and you will prepare the packet beforehand and the minutes afterward. No two days are the same, and you will always have a CAM to turn to. Frequently walks properties, including stairs, uneven ground, and snow or ice in winter, to conduct inspections. Occasionally lifts and carries files, meeting materials, and equipment up to 25 pounds. Communicates clearly in person, by phone, by video, and in writing. Attends some evening board meetings.
