Wound Care Specialist - LTAC Team Leader & Educator

Kindred Hospital Albuquerque is seeking a skilled wound care nurse to implement policies and provide direct patient care related to wounds, under supervision of Wound Care Coordinator. You will evaluate wounds, educate staff, participate in discharge planning, and help develop care plans. Must be licensed RN or LPN/LVN with BLS and 3 years nursing experience in acute care.
