We have a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and dependable Inside Sales Specialist to join our Dixie family. The right candidate believes in providing 100% complete customer satisfaction and doing the right thing above all.

Responsibilities:

• Building long lasting relationships with clients and teammates alike.
• Conduct daily outbound callouts to prioritized non-closed leads from technicians and sales team members.
• Review and identify the most promising opportunities each day to maximize closing percentages.
• Recover cancelled calls immediately by contacting the customer, identifying their concerns, and attempting to reschedule or rekindle the opportunity for service or replacement.
• Rekindle lost or declined leads to generate new appointments for both service and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, Comfort Advisors, trade managers, and dispatchers to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Manage callouts and follow-ups across all three service areas (Montgomery, Auburn, Columbus) and four trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Doors).
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, progress, and customer communications in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, by email, and text to build trust and close sales.
• Deliver a fresh daily pipeline of the highest-percentage opportunities to pursue.
• Provide timely updates to management on lead status, progress, and conversion metrics.
• Handle objections and present clear solutions to customers to achieve resolutions.
• When no sales opportunities are available, follow up on $0 tickets to confirm customer satisfaction and request 5-star reviews.
• Take on additional tasks or adjustments to responsibilities as the position continues to develop.

Requirements:

• Experience in inside sales, call center sales, or customer service roles (home services industry experience preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect, persuade, and close over the phone.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and texts.
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms (required).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and prioritize effectively.
• Persistent, competitive, and self-motivated mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple trades and teams.
