Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety. Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures. Good organizational and time management skills. Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do As a Custodian you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards. The Custodian supports healthy, professional workplaces by maintaining clean and orderly facilities through routine custodial services. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning procedures. A successful Custodian understands sanitation practices, facility care, and proper cleaning techniques while maintaining safe working conditions throughout the building.
