Rehab Unit Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN for our Rehab Unit.

• $33.68 to $55.87 per hour based on license, experience and shift differential.
• Plus ADDITIONAL $3 Shift Diff for Rehab Unit.
• Shifts available: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.

Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Qualifications:

• MA RN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN License.
• Minimum of 1 Year of Long-Term Care experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• PCC experience a bonus!

Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Job Summary:

• Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
• Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
