SPA NAIL TECHNICIAN

Position Summary: Provides exceptional nail services, including but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments to guests. Salon nail technicians are to ensure a serene and rejuvenating environment while upholding the resort's luxury standards. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Must have the ability to complete manicures, pedicures and specialized nail services.
- Provide exceptional Guest Service to Guests and Team Members.
- Able to work within established time frames to complete all selected services offered on the Spa Menu.
- Must have and maintain knowledge of nail products and services and actively engage in promoting and selling them.
- Complete any necessary opening and closing duties.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to complete nail services in established time frame.
- Must possess or obtain State Board Cosmetology License
- Ability to perform all nail services and treatments provided on the Spa Menu.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional nail care services industry. Resort Spa and Salon environment preferred.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel and crawl for duration of shift
- Must be able to Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, up to 50% of shift.
- Must have manual dexterity to operate job related equipment for full duration of shift.
- Ability to wear job related PPE as needed or requested for full duration of shift.
