MK Services in Middleton, MA is a leader in the Aerospace and Defense industries and wee are looking to add a Swiss CNC Programmer/Supervisor for our 2nd shift team! The programmer/supervisor will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machining cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. 

Key Responsibilities

• Programming CNC Star Swiss.
• Fixture and tool design.
• Develop work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and “shop floor” inspection methodology.
• Machine set-up and operation of complex prototype and production parts.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Programming Swiss CNC: 5 years (Required)
• Blueprint Reading and GD&T: 5 years (Required)
• Part Maker: (2 years' experience preferred)
• Mastercam Experience (2 years of experience preferred)
• Swiss CNC machining of complex parts: 5 years (Required)
• Metrology tools and processes of part inspection: 5 years (Required)
