Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine to complex lab tests across various specialties including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy in analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for further testing.
• Keep meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor incoming staff or students, and maintain rigorous lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safe workplace and comply with all relevant regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within the first year of hire.
• Continuous certification maintenance is required throughout your employment.
