Candidates holding SLP-CCC credentials will split their schedule between two schools, working with students in grades 1-3 as well as grades 4-5, making a meaningful impact each day.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with diverse elementary student populations preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40 students effectively.
• Flexibility to travel between two nearby schools as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language services to students in both individual and small group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams.
• Work consistent hours, 8:05am - 3:26pm; part-time scheduling options are available for interested candidates.
