The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to become part of our dedicated team. Practice Overview

This outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of needs from spine and musculoskeletal medicine to rehabilitation for post-stroke patients, amputees, and general rehabilitation. We are particularly interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about ultrasound-guided procedures, electromyography (EMGs), general rehabilitation, and spasticity management. Our clinic regularly performs a respectable volume of procedures, including:

• EMGs
• Ultrasound-guided interventions
• Neurotoxin injections
• Joint injections
• Trigger point injections
• Tenotomies
• Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy
• Capsaicin patches

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Starting base salary: $300,000 with a two-year guarantee
• Additional income: Potential earnings based on RVU production
• Signing bonus: $50,000
• Student loan repayment assistance: Up to $200,000

Practice Details

In May 2026, our outpatient clinic will move to a new, cutting-edge medical office building. This facility will integrate various services to enhance the patient experience, including:

• Primary care
• Specialty care
• Outpatient imaging and laboratory services
• Retail and specialty pharmacies

We are actively collaborating with a local university to establish a collegiate sports program and a Sports Medicine Center of Excellence, which will also provide comprehensive therapy services. Our multi-disciplinary practice offers numerous opportunities for expansion and growth.

We are currently launching a virtual Spine Center, a joint initiative involving the PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management departments. Our work environment is characterized by cooperation, energy, friendliness, and flexibility, resulting in high satisfaction rates among patients, caregivers, and providers alike.

Our experienced multi-disciplinary team includes a Certified Athletic Trainer and a fully equipped on-site physical therapy suite staffed by a Physical Therapist. We handle approximately 12,000 patient encounters annually, with 95% being outpatient and 5% inpatient. Consult calls are only required when Advanced Practice Providers are unavailable, with no obligations on weekends or holidays.
