Maintenance/Janitorial

Full-Time Pay: $20.00 per hour Minimum: 32 hours per week Schedule: Friday–Monday Must be available to work weekends.

Job Description:

• Duties consist of regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
• Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Special projects - Deep cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required. Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Skills: Technical: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers. Soft Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required.
