Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, translating customer objectives into clear and achievable plans. Keep projects on track by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks in a pragmatic way. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating decisions and proactively addressing challenges. Provide clear and transparent updates on progress, dependencies, and potential risks. Build strong, long-term customer relationships and contribute to improving processes and ways of working. What have you got up your sleeve? A few years of experience in project management within an IT environment, or a background in roles such as Business Analyst, PMO, Team Lead, or Consultant. The ability to bring structure to complex and fast-paced environments without losing sight of practical solutions. Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with both customers and technical teams. A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership. You don't wait for someone else to define the next step; you take initiative and drive progress. Experience with managed services, cloud technologies, or consultancy is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, or PMI methodologies.
