Receptionist

Job Title
This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors.
Answer incoming telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate person.
Assists residents, families, and visitors with a variety of customer service needs, including duties that require regular movement throughout the building and engagement beyond the reception desk.
Qualifications
Must be highly motivated, energetic, and dependable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must work as a member of the team effectively, efficiently, and professionally
