This role is a full time, Monday to Friday position that is temporary to hire opportunity that is offering excellent benefits! Responsibilities for the Intake Specialist include:

- Providing excellent Customer Service in person and over the phone
- Must be detailed and demonstrate multi-tasking skills
- Exceptionally accurate in preparing factual material and in proof reading
- Documentation of all customer interactions
- Entering data into database
- Scanning and saving documents into computer file
- Uploading documents into business system for processing
- Checking applications for required data and using lists to compare date
- Previous office experience in a customer support role such as call center
- Computer skills required
- Proven track record of reliability and long-term commitment in prior roles.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
