Encore is seeking individuals who are looking to join the production team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will be on the frontlines helping make the wire that has made us who we are.QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares and inspects the machine for safe operationMaintains a clean and safe work environmentPerforms other related duties as required and assignedComplies with safety policies, practices and procedures according to OSHAReports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or safety teamMaintain consistent and reliable attendanceEssential functions and responsibilities will also include following supervisor's directions and the additional requirements of the various jobs assigned.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Previous manufacturing experience is a plus!Ability to perform Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed aboveReliable AttendanceWork Environment & Physical Responsibilities:Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls.
