Senior Financial Analyst Salary: 80,000-100,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Our client is a growing global manufacturing organization offering strong exposure to executive leadership and international operations Highly visible role supporting strategic decision‑making, forecasting, and operational performance analysis Opportunity to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a key business unit Strong blend of finance, operations, and business partnering responsibilities Collaborative environment with significant interaction across finance, operations, IT, and leadership teams Opportunity to help drive BI reporting and dashboard development initiatives Position offers strong long‑term growth potential and exposure to strategic projects Fast‑paced environment with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking and process improvement Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes for business operations Develop financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and strategic initiatives Analyse profitability, margin trends, production costs, and operational performance drivers Build forward‑looking models to evaluate impacts of pricing and cost changes Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams to develop BI dashboards and reporting solutions Support global operating plan development and financial planning initiatives Present financial analysis and recommendations to leadership teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred 4–7+ years of finance, FP&A, or analytical accounting experience Experience supporting international operations and foreign exchange analysis preferred Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and financial modelling Experience with ERP/EPM tools such as Oracle, Vena, or Incorta preferred Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong business partnering and problem‑solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing
