Barley Creek is a fast paced - upscale casual family restaurant in Tannersville, PA.

Great Customer service starts with a good work environment. The pay is competitive and the goal with this position is get you prepared to successfully wait on tables better than the guest could have expected. We will keep teaching if you keep learning and the we'll also make sure there still a life outside of work.

Server in Training Expo/Busser can be a full time position but is generally offered as a part time restaurant job - a stepping stone to learning how to become a great server/bartender.

Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Ensure that food orders are accurately matched with the corresponding tickets.
Verify the accuracy and presentation of each dish before delivering it to the table.
Safely and efficiently transport food to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Requirements:
Minimum of 18 years of age
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food delivery.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to carry trays or plates of food.
Guest-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to an amazing dining experience.
