POSITIONNEMENT HIRARCHIQUE :

RESPONSABILIT DU PRIMTRE D'ACTION :
- Assurer la maintenance des tablissements et des machines
- Assurer la scurit des usagers et des agents sur la plaine sportive de la Blache et plus spcifiquement celle de l'Alp Arena
- Coordonner l'quipe technique
DTAIL DES RESPONSABILITS :
- Assurer la maintenance et l'entretien des tablissements et du matriel
- Animer les prestataires (contrats et suivis de maintenance)
- Suivre et faire voluer si besoin, les procdures et plannings de maintenance prventive et curative
- S'assurer du suivi des vrifications priodiques et de la leve des observations
- Suivi du registre des documents de scurit obligatoires
- Etre acteur sur la matrise des frais (gaz, lectricit)
- Programmation sur GTC (formation propose)
- Coordonner une quipe de 10 agents techniques
- Garantir l'efficacit des transformations de l'installation pour accueillir les diverses manifestations (Gap Good Game, Foire Expo etc)
RELATIONS DU POSTE :
- Relations internes: lus, Agents des services de la Ville de Gap
- Relations externes: clubs, usagers, tablissements scolaires, prestataires extrieurs.

DIPLMES ET EXPRIENCES REQUIS :
- Une exprience de 2 ans sur un poste similaire sera apprcie.
- Formation technique correspondant au poste exige (domaine frigorifique, traitement d'air, courant faible, plomberie-chauffage, lectricit, )
