Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Conversion Strategy Manager to build strategic partnerships and optimize our conversion processes. This role focuses on managing pricing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deriving actionable insights to drive our strategic objectives. Responsibilities Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities and share insights and actionable recommendations. Manage the batch conversion quote creation process in Salesforce, including data aggregation, coordination with the Salesforce systems team, and post-processing data review. Implement pricing updates to the conversion quote workflow in alignment with evolving strategic objectives, collaborating with pricing, finance, and analytics teams. Execute temporary pricing adjustments for targeted customer segments as part of strategic testing initiatives, in partnership with pricing and analytics teams. Support reporting and tracking activities related to the conversion process. Provide analytical and KPI support to the conversion team as needed. Required Skills Proven experience in strategy management, pricing, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
