What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:3, ensuring effective and compassionate treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in emergency response efforts
• Utilize Epic EMR system for accurate documentation and patient tracking
• Adapt to potential floating to other floors as needed
• Support weekend coverage every other week
• Respond to emergency events and be prepared to be assigned to emergency or relief teams as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, TNCC

Preferred:

• Experience in emergency response team deployment
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
