Work Environment

The position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Our vibrant and supportive work environment fosters collaboration among a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of each patient, reviewing medical histories and identifying functional limitations and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Craft individualized treatment plans rooted in assessment findings that align with the patient's specific needs and aspirations.
• Engage in open dialogue with patients to ensure they understand their treatment journey, allowing them to feel confident and committed to their rehabilitation plan.
• Implement treatment interventions, including advanced manual therapy techniques and customized exercise regimens to stimulate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient encounters, ensuring accurate records of services rendered align with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and clean licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits
