You will assist providers with procedures such as prostate biopsies, cystoscopies, and vasectomies, and deliver direct patient care, documenting all care in the electronic medical record (EMR). To qualify, you need a current Georgia RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of recent urology or procedural nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Hands-on experience with Foley catheter insertion, sterile field setup and maintenance, and procedural patient care is essential. Recommended skills include adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment.
