OB/GYN Hybrid Role - Direct our outpatient clinic and provide 2 days ofhospitalist coverage.

The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Stamford Hospital is seeking a dedicated physician to serve as Director of our Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the clinical, educational, and programmatic direction of our resident-based outpatient practice while building a specialty-focused gynecology career within a dynamic, university-affiliated community hospital. The role also requires coverage of two (2) daytime 12-hour hospitalist shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly schedule: two (2) days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days at the hospital, 12-hour daytime hospitalist shifts.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the OB-GYN resident outpatient clinic.

• Supervise and mentor residents in patient care, professional development, and evidence-based practice.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with subspecialty providers in Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Family Planning.
