Work closely with colleagues to ensure project tasks are completed through clear communication. Execute manual labor tasks such as digging, carrying supplies, and lifting heavy items to drive project progress. Keep the job site tidy and orderly at all times. Promptly notify management regarding any potential safety risks or site concerns. Required Skills and Experience A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior background in construction or similar trade work is beneficial. Capacity to comprehend and apply information from technical drawings and blueprints. Demonstrate the physical endurance required to handle heavy lifting and strenuous activity. Fundamental understanding of how to use standard construction machinery and tools.
