What you'll make

• $26-$35/hr - you're never working for commission alone
• Tips (our guys tip well - you'll see)
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate (that's when the money is)
• Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently, at every level - Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
• Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal
