This position focuses on the daily operations of the Front of House through effective leadership, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Front of House Leaders work together with the Operations Leader, Operations Director, and the Kitchen Director, to ensure operational excellence. Operations Leaders are supported by the Talent Director, Training Director, Finance Director, Marketing Directors, and the Owner-Operator. More importantly, an outstanding Kitchen Leader candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, hard-working and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied.
