Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within an 18-bed critical access hospital
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring medical and surgical services
• Support emergency services and comprehensive family medicine as needed within the facility
• Complete required learning modules and adhere to all facility compliance standards prior to and during assignment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required for residency verification
• Med/Surg skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous for expedited placement
