As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will play a vital downstream filling and packaging role, ensuring high-quality standards for sub-assemblies and finished goods in a state-of-the-art clean room environment.

responsibilities:

• Perform downstream filling, capping, labeling, and assembly of vials, bottles, and tubes following established procedures.
• Safely operate manual and semi-automated packaging equipment within standard and clean room environments adhering strictly to PPE protocols.
• Identify and address process deviations to prevent non-conforming products and ensure quality compliance.
• Execute routine equipment checks and perform preventative maintenance as needed to maintain seamless daily operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to consistently meet daily production goals and uphold ISO regulatory standards.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate semi-automated and manual filling equipment independently.
• Ability to regularly lift 10 lbs, frequently lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
• High reliability with strong attendance and punctuality.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a life sciences or biotech manufacturing environment.
