From Rehire, we are supporting a US based logistics company in the search for an Insurance Sales Producer.

This is primarily a sales and business development role, not a traditional customer service or administrative position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable proactively creating new business opportunities, building their own pipeline, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new insurance business through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, social media, and other prospecting channels.
• Build, manage, and continuously develop an individual sales pipeline.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and active sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective customers.
• Convert qualified prospects into new customers.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing agency customers.
• Develop referral relationships and identify new sources of business.
• Maintain accurate prospect, sales, and customer activity within the agency CRM.
• Meet established sales activity, pipeline, and production goals.
• Participate in virtual sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training.
• Obtain and maintain all insurance licenses required for the position.
• Represent the agency professionally and ethically in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or another relationship-based commercial role.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to proactively generate new opportunities.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence throughout the sales cycle.
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward measurable sales and production targets.
• Strong relationship-building and customer communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Professional communication skills across phone, email, and video meetings.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with limited supervision.
• Coachable and willing to learn insurance products, sales processes, and agency systems.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain the insurance licenses required for the role.

About the Position:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (EST time zone GMT -4).
• Work Arrangement: 100% remote, Contractor mode.
