Position Details: Location: 1177 Boston-Providence Turnpike, Norwood, MA Department: Radiology - MRI Schedule: Monday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (administrative time) Tuesday - 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (scanning time) Wednesday - OFF Thursday - 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (scanning time) Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (administrative time) As the Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor, you will supervise the daily operations of the imaging department at a single site to assure the delivery of the highest quality of diagnostic images. Direct workflow, develops staffing schedule in coordination with the regional manager, resolves technical problems and ensures general operations conform to established standards. Primary Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the diagnostic imaging/mammography department, ensuring quality, service, and cost standards are met Provide technical expertise and training to staff, ensuring imaging studies meet radiologists and ACR standards Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize patient service and departmental efficiency within budget guidelines Oversee compliance and quality assurance, including equipment maintenance, radiation safety, and certification documentation Perform imaging duties regularly, maintain staff credentials, and support budget development and operational improvements You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: ARRT License Massachusetts Radiology License MR certification American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) 3+ years of experience as an imaging technologist 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in the imaging environment Preferred Qualifications: MRSO certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) General experience working with HIS/RIS products Proficiency with Excel & Word Proven ability to multi-task Proven effective written and verbal communication skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $102,800 - $154,100 annually based on full-time employment.
