Patient Financial Services Representative

Fairview - - Responsibilities: Billing and collection of accounts receivable for inpatient and outpatient accounts; Resolve complex customer service issues to ensure payment collection; Verify insurance and/or patient demographics and adjust accounts as needed; Educate patients and/or guarantors of patient liability when appropriate; Contact payers via portal or provider service center to facilitate timely resolution of accounts
