Job Description:
The estimator inspects and analyzes collision damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and apply pricing. Builds relationships with vehicle owners, repairers, and insurance personnel to negotiate costs and sell work. Also known as a customer service representative, stays in contact with the customer during the entire repair process, works to address all customer concerns, and makes certain complete customer satisfaction when repairs are complete.

Qualifications:

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates
• Knowledge of CCC ONE is required
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of automobile repair estimating, including relevant software programs
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills
• Able to relate well to diverse audiences
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

• Compensation package based on experience.
