Hospital HR Coordinator — Operations & Compliance

Responsibilities Come join our HR team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a full time Human Resources Coordinator for Fremont Hospital . The Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the facility, which includes maintaining all personnel records and files, answering the HR phones, assisting with all walk‑ins, maintaining compliance for all licensing, certifications, and immunizations, setting up general employee orientations, compiling, retrieving, and processing personnel data, actions, and changes with appropriate timeliness, and assisting in development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and manuals. The Coordinator manages, oversees, and coordinates all of the office’s administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases, communicating effectively with staff and leadership, coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. They serve as point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands, develop intra‑office communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures and inventory control, make employee badges, assist with HR projects, and ensure the confidentiality of all data and information. About Fremont Hospital Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148‑bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. High School Diploma required. Experience: Minimum one year of Human Resources experience preferred. Hospital setting experience or Human Resources certification preferred. Computer/Software programs: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR related systems such as Lawson, Healthstream, and ICIMS preferred.
