Elevation Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays an important role in the patient experience. You’ll often be the first person patients interact with when they call or walk through our doors—and the last person they see before they leave. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and can keep things moving smoothly in a busy clinic environment.

This position is a great fit for someone who is positive, professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating an excellent experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming, professional environment
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Manage the daily appointment schedule and help keep patient flow running smoothly
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Collect payments and accurately process patient transactions
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and clinic procedures
• Follow up with patients regarding scheduling and other administrative needs
• Assist with new-patient paperwork and onboarding
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area
• Communicate effectively with doctors and other team members throughout the day
• Complete routine administrative and clerical tasks
• Help identify and resolve scheduling or patient-service issues before they become problems
• Protect patient privacy and follow applicable confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
• Support the clinic team wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience

Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service setting is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Ability to reliably work the required clinic schedule
• Prior receptionist, administrative, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Mon, Thurs: 7-11 1:30-5:30, Tues 7-11, Wed 7-11, 1:30-6

Position: Full-Time 

Compensation: [Insert hourly rate or range]

Benefits: PTO, chiropractic care, bonuses, etc.
