Shift Leader Pay Starting at $15/hour based on experience. Supervisor Responsibilities This Shift Lead is responsible for supervising the following positions: Sales Associates Benefits Opportunities for growth and pay increases---We promote from within! Key Success Factors for our team members Must be 16 years of age or older Style conscious and fluent in the latest trends for teens and twenty-something’s ENERGETIC , friendly , and helpful attitude Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility Friendly and helpful attitude Perform duties with minimal direct supervision after training Desire to learn Communicate effectively Responsibilities and Duties Engages staff to meet and exceed sales and financial goals set by the company. Leads the sales team on assigned shifts efficiently to ensure all staff and operations are working according to operating standards. Provides an excellent example to all staff on all TMG standards and processes. Determines and posts the day plan while meeting with each incoming team member in the process. Executes all company training programs to assist in training and development while upholding productivity, performance standards and processes for all staff. Coaches staff performance on an on-going basis with the assistance of the Store Manager. Maintains knowledge of current products, sales, and promotions including policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices. Operates POS efficiently while pricing and ticketing items based on TMG guidelines. Ensures environment for staff and shoppers is vibrant, organized, and maintained. Provides a high level of customer service through problem solving and strives for innovative solutions for bettering the business. Maintains loss prevention, cash register, open/close procedures, daily accounting and reconciliation functions while also monitoring labor efficiency. Executes daily bookkeeping tasks runs day close report, runs stock valuation, and completes spreadsheets. Follows all security procedures while operating the security system when needed.
