We're looking for the second type.

The Amaya is a quiet, adults-only boutique hotel designed to be a sanctuary from the demands of everyday life. Our mission isn't simply to provide beautiful rooms—it is to help guests feel lighter, calmer, and completely cared for during their stay.

We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys making life easier for others.

Your role is to help create that feeling.

Sometimes that means preparing keys before a guest arrives.

Sometimes it means carrying luggage upstairs.

Sometimes it means folding towels.

Sometimes it means reassuring a guest who's had a difficult day.

The task changes.

The purpose doesn't.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• Weekends and holidays are required.

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike. You may:

• Welcome and check in guests

• Prepare arrivals before guests arrive

• Anticipate guest needs and solve problems before they become frustrations

• Answer phones and assist with reservations

• Deliver amenities or luggage

• Help maintain the appearance of the hotel and public spaces

• Assist with laundry or housekeeping when needed

• Ensure every area of the hotel is clean, organized, and ready for guests

• Support teammates wherever help is needed

You enjoy helping people, but you're also someone who likes things to be organized and done well.

You might naturally:

• Notice when something is out of place

• Prepare before others ask

• Keep workspaces organized

• Adapt your communication to different people and situations

You're the type of person who quietly makes everything run better.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience As

• Boutique hotel front desk

• Concierge

• Medical receptionist

• Executive assistant

• Restaurant hospitality

• Spa or wellness hospitality

• Customer service with significant responsibility

• Hotel experience is helpful but not required.

We care more about your attitude, judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
