Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
• Variable days, including four weekend shifts per six-week block
• No on-call required
• Holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Missouri or Compact State required
• 2+ years of Med-Surg nursing experience
• BLS certification required at submission
• Willingness to float as needed (excluding Telemetry units)
• ACLS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
• Ensure accurate patient assessments, documentation, and medication administration
• Support unit by floating as necessary within area of competency
