Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Occasional Saturdays as needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting vacuum pump systems in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.

• Assemble vacuum pump systems at floor and abatement stations
• Test and calibrate components to meet precise specifications
• Use hand and power tools to complete builds
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and repair assemblies as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of mechanical assembly (or related) experience
• Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic math skills

• Blueprint and schematic reading experience
• Qualifications in plumbing, pipe fitting, or mechanical systems
• Experience with drilling, tapping, wiring, pipe bending, or cable assembly
• Technical training or apprenticeship
• ASE certification (a plus)

• Clean, temperature-controlled facility

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
