Associate Dentist Opportunity – Milford, PA

My name is Justin Joseph, DDS , and I own a thriving, privately owned dental practice in Milford, Pennsylvania. Having worked as an associate myself, I understand what makes a position rewarding—and what can make it frustrating. Our practice is growing rapidly and has recently expanded to 10 operatories . We're looking for an experienced associate who takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry, values strong patient relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to start with Mondays added in the Fall
• Flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Later start times available if needed as well as additional days

Compensation

• Guaranteed $1,000/day for the first 60 days
• Transition to a production-based compensation model
• Previous associate earned well over $200,000 annually while working just 21hrs/wk

Who We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Committed to quality dentistry and excellent patient care
• Team-oriented, positive, and growth-minded
