Salesforce Lead DeveloperPay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hrJob Overview:The organization is hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development including Apex, LWC, and APIs.Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features such as customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.Build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging across chat, voice, and digital channels.Design scalable integrations and architecture across enterprise systems.Lead code reviews and delivery execution.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).Mandatory experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).Banking domain experience in areas such as Retail, Lending, Customer onboarding, or KYC.Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.Experience with Agentforce, including AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.Experience with Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.Preferred Skills:MuleSoft or general integration experience.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance.Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.FSC Accredited Professional.Data Cloud or AI certifications.Candidate Profile:Financial Services Cloud Subject Matter Expert with a strong development background.Experience in banking digital transformation programs.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver hands-on solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
