Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $21.09/hour
We're hiring a detail-oriented Queue Monitoring Operator to support overnight distribution operations at a fast-paced warehouse facility in Mt. Pleasant. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory movement, and timely shipment processing across the distribution center.
This position is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who thrive in a structured, high-volume environment and are comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage daily warehouse workflow by prioritizing and assigning work orders
- Support inventory accuracy by researching discrepancies and tracking product movement
- Assist with shipment preparation, documentation, and order processing
- Coordinate with equipment operators by providing order and inventory information
- Operate warehouse systems, RF scanners, and tracking tools to maintain accurate data flow
- Perform pallet picking, case picking, pallet building, and conveyor loading as needed
- Support overall product flow and operational efficiency across the distribution center
- Work closely with supervisors and team leads while also completing independent tasks
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience required
- Experience operating forklifts and powered industrial equipment (reach truck, walkie rider, clamp truck, transloader, etc.)
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at heights when required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
