Commercial driver’s license. Good driving record. Complies with all state requirements. Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Position Goal: To provide safe transportation of students to and from designated locations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Drives bus to transport students over specified route to and from school according to the time schedule. Assures safety of passengers. Complies with local traffic regulations. Keeps assigned bus clean. Checks bus before each operation for mechanical defects. Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
