Warehouse Operator

Job Description Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (until July 4); after the holiday schedule will shift to 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Key responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet production targets. Operate manual pallet jacks safely and move pallets within the warehouse. Work in cooler and freezer environments as needed for order fulfillment. Load/unload trucks and stage orders for shipment. Maintain clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Report issues (damaged product, inventory discrepancies) to supervision. Required experience & skills Must be able to pass criminal background check Prior warehouse experience with order picking required. Proficient and comfortable operating a pallet jack. Experience working in cooler/freezer environments preferred. Ability to lift up to typical warehouse limits (e.g., 50 lbs) and stand/walk for full shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work the schedule change after July 4. Physical & work conditions Frequent lifting, bending, and walking; standing for long periods.
