With a deep focus on modern adult learning practices and lean methodologies, you’ll champion an inclusive approach to capability development at all levels of the organization.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.How You’ll Make an ImpactDrive the strategy and execution of site-wide training programsCollaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify development prioritiesEnhance onboarding experiences to accelerate new hire successEvaluate and optimize training using KPIs and continuous feedbackMaintain a robust training management system and toolsEmpower trainers with materials rooted in adult learning principlesChampion accountability for learning and workforce capabilityLeverage lean principles to elevate performance and engagementYour BackgroundBachelor’s degree or 7 years' experience in supervisory and leadership roles in a manufacturing or equivalent environment equivalent hands-on experience in Training3+ years in developing and delivering training programsProficiency with KPIs and metrics related to workforce learningLean management experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong communication, coaching, and project leadership skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic settingMore About UsAt Hitachi Energy, we don’t just power grids—we empower people.
