In this member-focused role, you will originate and service agricultural and rural loans, analyze financial statements and cash flow, structure credit solutions, and guide members through the lending process. You’ll collaborate with insurance and member services teams, maintain a quality loan portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent Farm Bureau at local ag events.
