KB Landscape & Tree Service is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team! We are a fast-paced landscaping and tree service company that takes pride in providing high-quality outdoor services to our customers.
Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installations (rock, mulch, plants, sod, edging, etc.)
- Assist with tree work and property cleanups
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind)
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work with a crew
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience
- Experience operating landscaping equipment (skid steers, mowers, trimmers, etc.)

Lawn Care / Mowing Crew Member
KB Landscape & Tree Service is hiring a dependable Lawn Care / Mowing Crew Member to help maintain residential and commercial properties. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping properties looking great.
Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Mow residential and commercial lawns
- Operate string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Assist with property cleanup and maintenance
- Follow mowing routes and schedules
- Maintain equipment and keep trucks/trailers clean
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, wind, and changing weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work at a steady pace throughout the day
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
- Experience using commercial lawn equipment
