Business Development Manager Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000/year + Uncapped Commission Travel Required: Frequent travel within the territory About the Role As a Business Development Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by forging strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs, and offering solutions that align with our staffing services. This is a highly visible, client-facing role with autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
