Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. A performance evaluation will be conducted after six months of employment, with the opportunity for a merit-based increase.

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our Internal medical office. We welcome applicants who are interested in learning and growing in a medical office setting. Previous medical assistant experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Obtaining and recording patient vital signs.
• Performing INR testing and assisting with patient monitoring.
• Administering injections in accordance with training, and office protocols.
• Updating patient charts and maintaining accurate medical records.
• E-prescribing support as directed.
• Assisting the physician and clinical team with daily patient care.
• Preparing examination rooms and helping maintain an organized clinical environment.
• Providing professional, courteous service to patients.

Qualifications:

• Medical assistant experience is preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow office policies.
