Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer van
- Complete assigned regional routes
- Transport and deliver tires
- Unload tires at customer locations
- Perform heavy-touch freight handling
- Complete two to four weekly layovers
- Conduct required vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate driving and delivery records
- Follow all DOT and company safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- FMCSA Clearinghouse registration
- Clear motor vehicle record
- At least one year of CDL experience within the past three years
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years
- No DUI, reckless-driving, or other serious violations within the past five years
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Ability to unload freight manually
- Availability for overnight travel
