Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Coordinate law school outreach and on-campus recruiting activities (interview scheduling, resume review support, evaluations, and offer processes) Serve as a primary point of contact for law student candidates throughout the recruiting process Prepare and maintain recruiting materials, interviewer packets, and promotional items Attend law school and recruiting events, with travel as needed Support all aspects of the Summer Associate Program, including event coordination, logistics, budgeting, and program administration Assist with mentor programs, work assignment coordination, training sessions, and performance feedback processes Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, reports, and applicant tracking systems Support 3L and post-clerkship hiring initiatives and provide general administrative support to the Legal Recruiting team Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2+ years of recruiting, human resources, or related experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/database systems a must Willingness to travel and work extended onsite schedules during busy periods Prior experience in legal, professional services, or academic recruiting environments Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LawCruit, FloRecruit, ViDesktop, or similar systems Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
